Raytac’s nRF7002 module spectrum covers AN7002Q, AN7002Q-P, and AN7002Q-U and are a series of low power WiFi 6(dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band support) modules designed based on Nordic nRF7002 companion solution.
The antenna ports are single-ended 50 Ω and it supports 20 MHz wide channels, 1x1 Single-Input Single-Output (SISO) operation and can deliver a PHY data rate of 86 Mbps (MCS7).
